TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Your conference attendance is only confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees.
- Registration will close 1 week prior to the event.
- Should you cancel within 7 days prior to the conference 100% cancellation fees will apply.
GROUP BOOKINGS
- A 30% discount applies for group bookings of 5 or more from one institution (for face to face attendance only).
- To make a group booking, please select the Group Registration tick box on the registration form.
- In order to apply for your discount please contact rsvp@eventoptions.co.za once you have submitted the group registration.
